NioNico - Antonio Notarnicola
Antonio was born in the UK and educated across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, but his professional journey has been shaped in Asia - particularly China, and most significantly Japan. For over two decades, he has worked at the intersection of international education, hospitality, and cultural exchange: preparing Japanese students for study abroad, advising universities on global pathways, and supporting hospitality leaders in delivering world-class service with the Japanese spirit of omotenashi. Through NioNico, Antonio brings together his Anglo–Japan perspective - combining Western education traditions with Japanese excellence in service. Whether guiding a student, advising a university, or consulting with a hotel, he designs pathways that connect people, cultures, and opportunities.
